Our regular mechanical and electrical installation, fire-stopping and general inspections during the construction phase of a project will identify and report issues.
Our reports identify the faults in an installation, categorising our findings according to their seriousness, and providing photographic evidence to highlight breached regulations.
We enable you to hold contractors clearly accountable for their actions and workmanship.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We receive your construction programme and tailor our attendances to meet your needs.
We attend site to carry out a detailed inspection of works against the drawings. We look at your 1st and 2nd fix construction progress in residential or commercial projects, including common areas and plant rooms.
Using our custom-made software, we report on poor workmanship, non-compliance to design or good installation practice as well as non-adherence to manufacturers’ recommendations.
Our goal is to minimise your customer complaints, maximising your profits through the delivery of construction excellence.
Before we leave your site we provide a digital record of the snags that have been identified, so that you can take immediate action where required. The final report containing photographic evidence and the ‘sign-off sheet’ is issued within two working days.
We are able to witness systems testing and, if your site is busy enough, we can provide a Resident Engineer/Clerk of Works for your convenience.
