WHY WE DO IT

The Home Builders Federation National New Homes Survey* showed that 93% of new-build home owners reported snagging or defects problems with their home after they moved in, costing developers millions of pounds in lost profits over the years.

 

Since 1994, thousands of properties have been inspected by WDL’s specialist Site Inspectors. A handful of these properties were found not to have any quality issues. Unfortunately, the rest did!

Common workmanship issues include:
